What is the minimum order?
The minimum for an online order is $50. You may still process your order that does not meet the minimum for a $10 Service charge.

What is the maximum order?
There is no maximum. Please call the representative located nearest to you.

How do I order online?

What if I am a reseller or otherwise exempt from sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax in all states. If you wish to know if we charge sales tax in your state, please call our customer service center. If you happen to live in a state where we do charge tax and you wish to use your tax exempt status, you will need to contact our customer service department and provide the appropriate documentation. To use a tax exempt ID, you MUST register your toynetworkllc.com user account under your business' name and not your personal name. Failure to provide accurate tax exemption information up front may result in delays to refunding any taxes charged and shipment of your order.

How do I know if my order has been sent?
We will automatically send you an email confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive an email immediately please contact us to avoid any delay. Your account will be automatically updated with the progress of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders must be received by mid-day Monday through Friday for orders to be delivered within 4 to 7 working days. Within the continental US only, some heavier items may take longer to ship and may be assessed a surcharge. If this occurs we will notify you by phone or email.

Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to anywhere within the 48 continental states of the USA. If you are outside of the continental United States, please call our customer service representatives as 1-800-767-9998 to place an order.

What is the cost of delivery?
Some orders placed by customers using Toy Network Credit Terms or advanced pricing models will be automatically rated by UPS and the shipping cost will reflect your distance from our warehouse and the number of products being shipped. For normal credit card orders utilizing standard advertised pricing, the cost of shipping works on a sliding scale seen here:

How do I utilize the promotion offering free freight?
For a limited time, we are offering free freight for certain orders placed on our website. You will recieve the free freight promotion automatically if you place an order that meets the following 3 conditions:

1. The total merchandise on the order being placed exceeds $100.
2. You pay for your transaction during checkout with a credit card.
3. You are utilizing our standard catalog pricing for all the items in your order.

What if I live outside the continental United States?

When is my order charged to my credit card?
Charges will appear on your card as soon as we have confirmed your order.

Which method of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for your online purchases.

What products can I buy on your web site?
You may purchase any of our best-selling products on the web site. We add products to the site on a regular basis.

Do you have special internet offers or promotions?
Occasionally we have special internet prices. Check our promotions page for any current offers.

What is the refund and return process?
In the event you need to make a return or require a refund, please call our customer service department at 1-800-767-9998.

What is a Discount Code and how do I use it?
From time to time, we give our customers access to special promotional codes that can be used to discount the price of an order or its shipping charges. If you have such a discount, you can use it on the Checkout page of our website. Once you have all the items for your order in your shopping cart, visit our Checkout page. At the bottom of the page, you will find a box for the discount code. Enter you code and when you click 'Place Order' the discount will be applied and you will be shown a confirmation page. Click 'Place Order' again to finish the checkout process with your discount applied.
